Spanish Fork Clinic

The clinic will be held at the Spanish Fork Fire Station 370 N Main 10a.m. – 12p.m.). Each rabies vaccination costs $10, and other vaccinations for both dogs and cats will be $10-20 each, with no exam fee.

March Rabies Clinic

MARCH RABIES CLINIC

Come on down to our Rabies Clinic this Saturday March 10th. It will be held at the Spanish Fork Fire Station 400 North Main Street from 10:00am-12:00pm. We will be offering the following services… Rabies Vaccine $10.00, Licensing for spayed/ neutered dogs is $15.00 (for one year), Licensing for un-spayed/neutered dogs is $35.00 (for one year), Micro chipping $15.00, Dog parvo combo $15.00 and cat parvo combo $20.00.With any further questions please call the shelter at 801.851.4080 during our business hours.
